REI compartmentation
REI fire compartmentation is a methodology that divides a building into delimited and isolated areas. The aim is to control and contain the spread of fire and smoke in the event of a fire. It is an effective passive protection measure.

REI penetrations can be made of a variety of materials, including fire-retardant plaster, gypsum board, fire-resistant glass, in-place foaming and special coatings. SPECIAL MATERIALS
REI penetrations are made using special materials which, in the event of a fire, offer specific resistance to fire for a specific period of time, generally indicated in minutes.
THERMAL INSULATION
