EXPANDED POLYURETHANE FOR THE BASEMENTS
The insulation of conical or rounded bottoms is an advanced procedure that uses the injection of expanded polyurethane to guarantee effective and long-lasting thermal protection. This expanded material is applied directly to the surfaces to be insulated, adapting perfectly to the shape of the base and creating a continuous, joint-free insulating barrier. To guarantee a robust and resistant finish over time, the insulation is subsequently covered with an aluminum or AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, offering additional protection against atmospheric agents and mechanical stress.
POLYURETHANE PANELS FOR PLANK
Our insulation is made using polyurethane panels laid in double or triple layers, with staggered joints to ensure maximum efficiency. The panels are firmly fixed with electro-welded PVC straps, which ensure stability and durability. The insulating layer, made up of rigid expanded polyurethane panels covered in mono bituminous paper, offers excellent thermal conductivity equal to 0.028 W/MK, compliant with the UNI EN 13165 standard, thus guaranteeing high quality thermal insulation.
